Delete Your Threshold Account

You can delete your Threshold account and its associated server-side data directly from the app, in under a minute.

Steps to delete your account

Open Threshold on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account and the server-side user data handled by the in-app deletion flow are removed immediately.

What stays on your device

Threshold's collection data — records, crates, playlists, listen history, and local backups — is stored locally on your device, not tied to your account. Deleting your account does not delete this local data; clear it separately from your device's app storage settings, or by uninstalling Threshold.

BETA diagnostic data

Scan and Track ID diagnostic records tied to your account may require a separate deletion request — contact us below to request this.
